In this phase the results of the discovery process are condensed into a detailed Specifications Document for client approval. This will list the various features of the site including a description and number of the pages, the features of the home and other pages, back-end functionalities and any database elements. There will also be a list of requirements and sources of page matter. A time line and list of deliverables may be
included. Client's responsibilities in providing matter and graphics will be noted. |

In the design phase we will develop one or more home page and other page design prototypes that encapsulate the vision and goals that came out of the discovery phase. These will be presented and discussed and modifications can be made. |

Once the client has approved the prototype, our team begins the process to build a site as described in the Specifications Document. All of the programming, design and layout and database structures will be developed. The site will be fully tested and delivered in Beta mode. |

In this phase the client team can experience the beta site prior to deployment, while it is in its final development and testing stage. The goal is to make sure that the client team has an opportunity to view the entire site and become fully familiar with its functions prior to deployment. |

Deployment will migrate the site to the live server environment. This is usually done on a Friday night so we have the weekend to test all the functions. Training and support will be completed prior to deployment. |
